• Whiskey and Nachos!

Join us in the taproom on December 3rd for a tandem tasting from two of our favorite vendors: Van Brunt Whiskey will be tasting out a number of their offerings, and El Jefe's Nachoria will be slinging nachos- plates and flights. From 3pm!

~El Jefe's Nachoria~
Nachoria offers nacho satisfaction for the unsatisfied nacho connoisseur. El Jefe has mastered the nacho and is eager to share his art. He serves up four weekly menu options. Pork shoulder braised in homemade chili verde. Chicken stewed in adobo seasonings. Our Vegetarian Nacho is a chili Colorado full of green peppers, onions, black beans and mushrooms. Then a crowd favorite, the Buffalo Chicken Nacho; buffalo chicken topped with cheddar cheese, a touch of blue cheese dressing, and shaved celery and scallions.

Making every spirit from scratch in the waterfront neighborhood of Red Hook in Brooklyn. Our family of whiskeys give a nod to classic styles while remaining innovative, creating bold and flavorful spirits.
